Who we are

MotionCreate is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. In this policy “we”, “us” and “MotionCreate” refer to that entity, and “you” refers to the account holder.

What we collect

We collect only what the service needs in order to work.

• Account information. Your email address and an authentication record. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are stored only as salted hashes — we never see or store your password.
• Product images you upload. The photographs you provide as the subject of a shoot, together with any product name, description and type you enter.
• Generated images. The commercial photography the service produces for you, and the images you keep in projects and collections.
• Model references. If you create a reusable model identity, the reference images and attributes you supply for it.
• Generation settings. The choices that define a shoot — presentation, look, setting, lighting, resolution, output target and pose selection — stored so a run can be reproduced and shown back to you.
• Credit and usage records. Your credit balance and a ledger of credits granted, spent and refunded, with the resolution and rate each charge was made at.
• Payment records. The plan purchased, the amount, the currency, the status and the reference our payment gateway returns.
• Session cookies. Cookies set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in. They are strictly necessary for the service to function.
• Technical logs. Server-side error and diagnostic records, used to investigate failures.

What we do not collect

MotionCreate does not use analytics, advertising or tracking software. We do not collect precise location, device contacts, advertising identifiers or browsing activity on other websites, and we do not build advertising profiles. We do not store your card number, CVV or expiry date at any point.

Why we hold it

To create and secure your account; to produce the imagery you ask for; to show you your own work; to meter and account for credits; to take payment and keep the records that accompany it; to investigate faults and abuse; and to meet obligations that apply to us by law.

Who it is shared with

We share the minimum necessary with the providers that operate the service on our behalf, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

• AI generation providers. To produce an image, the product references, any model reference and the generation instructions are sent to the AI provider that performs the generation. They receive the imagery and instructions for that run; they do not receive your email address, account identity, credit balance or payment records.
• Infrastructure and storage. Our database, file storage, authentication and application hosting providers, which hold the data described above so the service can run.
• Payment gateway. Purchases are handled by Razorpay on their own hosted checkout. Card details are entered with them, not with us; we receive only the result of the transaction and its reference.
• Where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Some of these providers operate outside India, so your information may be processed outside the country in which you live.

How long we keep it

Your account information, uploads, generated images and generation settings are kept for as long as your account exists. Credit ledger entries and payment records are kept for as long as we are required to retain financial records. Deleting a product, model, project or image removes it from your library; backups are cycled out on our providers’ ordinary schedules. Ask us to close your account and we will delete the content associated with it, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use of it. Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Security

Uploaded and generated images are held in a private storage bucket and are never public. They are served only through short-lived signed links, issued after checking that the record belongs to your account. Access to your rows is enforced in the database itself through row-level security, so one account cannot read another’s work. Transport is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

MotionCreate is not intended for children, and accounts may not be created by anyone under the age at which they can enter a contract in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we hold information about a child, we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date above, and where the change is significant we will tell account holders directly.
